Squadius App Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Squadius mobile application. By downloading, accessing, or using the app, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Use of the App

Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old to use Squadius. By using the app, you represent that you meet this requirement.
Account Creation: When you create an account, you must provide accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
User Responsibility: You are responsible for your activity within the app, including the creation and joining of matches and leagues. You agree to behave respectfully towards other users and to follow all community guidelines.

2. User Content and License

By submitting any content (e.g., match results, statistics, comments, photos) to Squadius, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, modify, and publicly display this content in connection with the operation of the app. You retain ownership of your content, but you grant Squadius the right to use it indefinitely.

You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not violate the rights of others or contain unlawful, offensive, or inappropriate material. Squadius reserves the right to remove content that violates these Terms & Conditions.

3. Profile Photo and Content Restrictions

When used, users must upload a real and recent profile photo of themselves (no group photos, drawings, avatars, objects, or inappropriate images). Inappropriate or non-compliant profile photos may lead to account suspension or deletion.

4. Behavior and Community Guidelines

By using Squadius, you agree to:

Treat other users with respect and refrain from abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior.
Follow all match rules and regulations outlined by your leagues.
Avoid spamming, self-promotion, or unauthorized advertising within the app.
Squadius reserves the right to permanently ban users who violate these guidelines.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Squadius and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:
